Rice pudding with figs

Ingredients
Arborio rice
300g
Milk
1 l (coconut milk can be used)
Protein
60g (optional)
Sweetener
Aroma
1 tsp. (Vanilla)
Salt
1/4 tsp.
Figs
(fresh)
Preparation process
  1. Cook rice with milk, vanilla extract, sweetener and salt  on a moderate flame for approximately 30 minutes, until you reach the desired consistency of a slurry (do not rinse the rice!)
  2. f the rice is still too hard, add milk
  3. Let the "milk rice" stand for a while and add protein powder
  4. Serve with fresh (well washed) figs, cut into moons
