Pumpkin squares with walnuts

Ingredients
Dough
Hokkaido pumpkin
300g (carrot can be used)
Egg
3 pieces
Oatmeal
80g (fine)
Spelt flour
70g
Protein
50g (Vanilla)
Sweetener
equivalent to 50g of sugar (stevia, erythritol...)
Chocolate
30g (70%+)
Baking powder
10g
Ground cinnamon
2 tsp.
Ground ginger
1/4 tsp.
Ground mace
1/4 tsp.
Aroma
1 tsp. (Vanilla)
Salt
pinch
Decoration
Walnuts
40g / Pecans
Zero calorie syrup
Preparation process
  1. Peel the pumpkin (carrot), cut into cubes and put in a blender
  2. Add egg, sweetener, and aroma
  3. Blend thoroughly into a mash (puree)
  4. Mix all the dry ingredients except the chocolate and add the pumpkin puree
  5. Prepare the dough
  6. Pour chocolate into small pieces and add to the dough
  7. Bake on a greased pan for approximately 20 minutes at 180 °C - Baked cuts should remain moist and delicious
  8. Decorate according to taste
