Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
Peanut butter
200 g
Ghee
70 g (coconut oil)
Ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon
Stevia powder
10 g (sweetener)
Grated coconut
4 tablespoons
Egg
1 piece
Aroma
vanilla
Preparation process
  • Mix the peanut butter.
  • Add eggs, ghee (coconut oil, butter) and sweetener.
  • Mix all together and add the aromat (flavour).
  • Add grated coconut and ground cinnamon.
  • Mix all togeher and let it stand in the fridge for about 10 min.
  • Mold the dough into the shape of balls of diameter cca 3 cm.
  • Shape the dough with a fork and gasnish with coconut.
  • Bake for 12–15 min at 175 °C.
