Mole’s mugcake

Coconut flour

Almond milk
4 tablespoons
Liquid stevia
Curd cheese
150 g
Chocolate
70 % of cocoa
Banana
Baking powder
1/4 of teaspoon
Defatted cocoa powder
1 teaspoon

Preparation process
  1. Put the protein powder, coconut flour into a cup, stevia, cocoa, almond milk an egg white.
  2. Mix it all and add the baking powder.
  3. Mix and straighten the dough to the bottom.
  4. Bake in the microwave for 90 sec.
  5. In the meantime, prepare the „filling” by mixing the curd, stevia and aroma.
  6. Grate the chocolate and mix.
  7. Scrape out the center of the cake and then crumble.
  8. Put in banana and decorate as the original Mole’s Cake.
