Ingredients
Oatmeal
100 g
Egg
2 pieces
Baking powder
1 teaspoons
Water
50–70 ml (lukewarm)
Corn
30 g
Mozarella
30–40 g
Ham
40 g (50:50 turkey / beef)
Ketchup
15 g (stevia sweetened)
Champignon
Pizza spice blend
Pepper
Salt
Preparation process
  1. Mix the flakes and baking powder, add eggs, water and make the dough.
  2. Place on to the baking sheet (with baking paper on it) 4 equal griddlecakes and bake 5–6 minutes at 180 °C.
  3. Add ketchup, ham, corn, mushrooms and mozarella evenly on pizzas on top of the griddlecakes.
  4. Season and bake for another 12–15 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Decorate with fresh basil.
