Flourless Red Bean Brownies

Ingredients
Red beans
2 cans
Banana
1 piece (medium)
Milk
200- 300ml
Protein
75g (chocolate flavour)
Dutch cocoa
50g
Coconut oil
10g
Ground cinnamon
2 tsp.
Baking powder
2 tsp.
Salt
pinch
Sweetener
equivalent to 70g of sugar (stevia, erythritol...)
Preparation process
  1. Remove the salted sauce from the beans (remaining approximately 500g of beans) and  rinse thoroughly
  2. Mix the beans together with peeled banana and a little bit of milk very carefully
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together and create a dough together with the bean mass
  4. Add milk if needed
  5. Grease the pan by coconut oil spray
  6. Spread the dough on the pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 170°
  7. Brownies should be crunchy on the surface and moist and supple inside
