Ingredients
Tuna
2 cans (130g of meat)
Cream cheese (Gervais)
200g (light)
Greek yoghurt
280g (zero fat)
Mustard
2 tsp.
Onion
1 smaller piece
Pickled cucumbers
2 pieces
Salt
Pepper
Preparation process
  1. Mix Cream Cheese together with Greek yogurt.
  2. Drain a can of tuna and mix into the yoghurt mix.
  3. Add finely chopped onions and pickles.
  4. Add mustard, salt, pepper and mix it all together.
  5. Serve with your favorite bread.
