Ingredients
Cake
Spelt flour
100g
Protein
40g
Pudding
2 packs (90g) - Chocolate flavour
Coconut oil
20g
Egg
2 pieces
Kefir
150g
Baking powder
10g
Sweetener
Filling
Curd cheese
500g
Sweetener
Banana
3- 4 pieces
Preparation process
  1. Mix together spelled flour, pudding powder, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder
  2. Mix all wet ingredients separately and add to the dry mix
  3. Bake in erased and sprinkled cake form (Ø = 26cm), approximately 20-25 minutes at 170 °C
  4. Carve the body out with a spoon (into a depth of about 1.5cm). Leave about 1cm of the edge. Set the crumbles aside to another bowl
  5. Fill the Corpus with bananas
  6. The cream is created by mixing curd and sweetener
  7. Lay the cream on the bananas till the edge of the corpus
  8. Sprinkle the crumbles evenly on top of the cream
  9. Let the finished Mole Cake chill in the fridge, until ready to serve
