Curd Dumplings with Apricots

Ingredients
Dough
Lumpy cottage cheese
550g
Spelt semolina
120g
Egg
2 pieces
Sweetener
Sauce
Fruit
12 pieces (Appricots)
Ground cinnamon
Sweetener
Preparation process
  1. Mix the semolina with curd, sweetener and salt and gradually the eggs.
  2. Make the dough thoroughly by using hands.
  3. Cut pieces of dough with a spoon and create balls (approx. 20pcs).
  4. Place the balls carefully in a boiling water and cook for 9-10 minutes.
  5. Cut and boil apricots or any other fruits to the desired consistency, add cinnamon and sweeten according to taste  (add water if necessary).
  6. Serve dumplings topped with fruit sauce.
