Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
Chicken breast
500 g
Broccoli
800 g (frozen)
Mozarella
100 g (grated)
Egg
5 pieces
Greek yoghurt
280g (zero fat)
Potatoes
1200 g
Olive oil
15 ml
Salt
Pepper
Preparation process
  1. Wash the chicken, cut into cubes, add oil and season
  2. Boil the frozen broccoli - about 7 minutes and strain
  3. Mix eggs with 50g of grated mozzarella and Greek yogurt. Add salt and pepper
  4.  Wipe the baking dish with oil and spread broccoli and chicken in it
  5. Pour the egg mixture over and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella
  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 200 °C
  7. Serve with boildet potato
