Ingredients
Oatmeal
360g
Walnuts
40g
Pumpkin Seeds
30g
Raisins
30g
Cranberries
30g (Not necessary)
Ghee
40g (Coconut oil/ Butter)
Zero calorie syrup
60g (Maple syrup flavour / Honey)
Sweetener
according to taste
Rum essence
1 tsp.
Egg
1 piece
Chocolate
30g (70%+)
Preparation process
  1. Break the nuts into small pieces and put them together with the oatmeal on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C and stir to combine.
  3. Mix melted ghee / butter, Zero syrup (honey) and rum flavor.
  4. Add raisins, cranberries and pumpkin seeds to the fried flakes.
  5. Add the liquid mixture and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add eggs and pieces of dark chocolate(chocolate chips) to the dough.
  7. Stir thoroughly again.
  8. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet (30x 25cm) and press the dough into the baking sheet  - we do not want muesli but bars.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
