Clean and grate the celery. Sprinkle the meat with olive oil and mix with a bit of curry and turmeric spices (you can also leave the meat to marinate overnight).
Put the meat into the meat grounder or a mixer, then add the celery.
Add a pinch of salt, pepper, chili, chives and egg yolk to the mass and mix it all once again. Then make the patties from the finished mass and fry on both sides in olive oil.
