Ingredients
White beans
250 g (can of 425ml)
Sweetener
40 g
Dutch cocoa
100 g
Coconut oil
2–3 tbsp.
Protein
30 g (e.g. Prom-in CFM chocolate)
Fitness food protein pancakes (Prom-in)
30 g
Baking powder
1 package
Egg
4 pieces
Salt
pinch
Vanilla flavor
1 and half of tea spoon
Preparation process
  1. Rinse the beans several times (to avoid the salty taste).
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture on a baking sheet (about 20 x 20 cm) lined with the baking paper.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. Serve well chilled.
