Oatmeal
50g
Coconut flour
15g
Egg
2 pieces
White
3 pieces
Sweetener
Ground cinnamon
Salt

Fruit
Zero calorie syrup
Preparation process
  1. Cut banana and put into the container together with other ingredients.
  2. Mix everything until smooth and set aside.
  3. Leave it for a few minutesHeat a lightly oiled (use coconut oil) griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Decorate with fruit and any zero calorie syrup.
